This room is available from October 1st for a minimum stay of one month, at $1500. Each extra days is at $55 per day. Lower rent long-term contracts are possible.
Shared areas include a comfortable living room with fireplace, brand new kitchen and new washer/dryer.
The house is located on a block corner and is surrounded by many trees in a quiet neighbourhood.
There is plenty of parking space if you have a car. If not, public transportation is very easily accessed: Langara Canada Line Station is a 5-minute walk, Langara College is a 9 minutes walk. UBC is 35 minutes away by direct bus (#49), the downtown waterfront is 20 minutes with Skytrain. There is a bike path just in front of the house.
Sorry, this place is not suitable for young children or pets. Smoking, noisy parties and drug usage are not allowed. External guests are subject to house rules. A deposit of half a month rent is required before moving in.
