One small pet welcome. Residents must be 55+ and can have one pet, yard is fully fenced and monthly rent of $2750 plus utilities, (landscape gardening, and bi-weekly house cleaning service included in fee). Available November 1st 2024 to March 31st 2025 but can extend earlier or later by 1 month if necessary.
