Complex amenities include a heated pool, shuffleboard, pier, assigned parking, lots of guest parking and gas barbeques. It is a small beautifully landscaped, gated community situated on Tampa Bay where it meets the Gulf of Mexico. There is a fishing pier with water and electric for the avid or occasional fisherman, a very friendly community and activities. Conveniently located on a bus line as well as a bike trail that leads to downtown St Pete or the beaches and beautiful Bay Vista Park is next door to enjoy.
