ONE (1) BEDROOM CONDO..$95.00..... a night...Avail Sept thru December 2024 and 2nd half of April thru June 2025...Beautiful, quiet and quaint condo on the water on the gulf of Mexico Florida.... Completely redone with its own washer and dryer in the unit. Restaurants, Beach, walking distance to everything.. I have several interior picture that I am downloading all new inside, kitchen bath all of it.... Or if they do not get down loaded in time I can send them. Please note this is on the water however you have a 7 min walk to the sandy beach on the Gulf of Mexico...We are offering a 10% discount for 28 day stay... There is an additional charge if more than 2 people big enough with additional sofa bed for four (4) but a $50. per person fee just to take care of cleaning, laundry etc.... nightly price could be discussed provided more than a week stay.
