Il est situé à Deerfield Beach, c'est entre Pompano Beach et Boca Raton, 20 minutes en voiture ou UBER au nord de l'Aeroport de Fort Lauderdale. Il est très propre , rénové et comme neuf (peinture fraiche, ventilateur neuf, fenetres neuves, balcon refait, etc) et décoré avec goût. Endroit très calme avec pharmacie, épicerie, banque, canal à quelques minutes de marche. ***Terrains de tennis tout près et 7 terrains de volleyball à la plage! Plage très propre et bien entretenue. Golf à proximité. Tout est inclus. L'immeuble comprend 2 étages autour d'une piscine et le condo est au 2ième étage. Wifi, câble, air climatisé central, cuisine, salle de bain, bureau de travail, balcon avec vue sur la piscine, c'est très joli! Si vous choisissez d'avoir une voiture, le condo possède un stationnement réservé mais on peut très bien se débrouiller sans voiture, tout est à proximité, à pied. 2500$US / mois entre novembre et avril (2350$US / mois pour 3 mois et plus) *** Mai à octobre, 2000$US / mois. Very quiet place with pharmacy, grocery store, bank, intercoastal a few minutes walk. *** Tennis courts nearby and 7 volleyball courts at the beach! Beach is very clean and well kept. Golf nearby. Everything is included. The building has 2 floors around a swimming pool and the condo is on the 2nd floor. Wifi, cable, central air conditioning, kitchen, bathroom, working table, balcony with pool view. It’s very pretty!
