This townhouse is situated on the gulf side of Florida, with the sun rising in the back and setting in the front - this is a wonderful place to relax and unwind. Sip your morning coffee or afternoon drink on the lanai or in the screened in area of the pool, all while enjoying the view of the Rubicon Canal. The Canal leads to the Gulf of Mexico. We have a boat dock for your motorcraft should you chose to bring one. Or if you prefer, you can fish off the dock as well.
Bimini Gardens is a safe community, with very welcoming neighbors. Most residents in the three villa complex are snowbirds, or retired couples who are perm residents.
For your convenience there are two car parking spots available under the carport for this unit, right outside the front door (one is designated for guests). The condo is perfectly located on Coronado Parkway, the local amenities, such as a grocery, restaurants, deli’s, and drug store, are within a few minutes walking distance. The international airport is 25 minutes away. Fifteen minutes to the popular Ft. Myers beach/strip, a short 30 minute drive to the chic Naples. You will never run out of things to do in the Cape Coral area. Local activities include the Sanibel and Captivia Island, Ft. Meyers and Cape Coral Yacht Club beaches (rated among the best beaches in the world), Fishing Charters and Boating, deep sea fishing close by, Cape Coral Yacht Club.
