Dutchmen Colorado 34MS (38 feet long). Trailer has a clear title, and I have title in hand. Has 3 slide outs that really make it roomy inside. When the 2 main slides are out, the width of kitchen and living room is 13 FEET wide. Currently, the trailer is on a RV Lot at Reflections on Silver Lakes, Avon Park. Great lot with storage/storm shed and gazebo (included in price). The shed is storm rated and can provide shelter during any hurricane. The shelter is certified and rated for 180 mph winds (see pics). It is a great RV lot. It is wide and deep and has room for a boat, car and gazebo (as pictures indicate) with plenty of more room. Best part, a nice backyard that backs onto an Orchard, which means you have no backyard neighbours.
You will not find a nicer/cleaner/nonsmoking/no pets trailer than this one. We are a nonsmoking couple and never had pets in it. Previous couple never had pets and were nonsmokers too.

Everything in the trailer is functional, working with no leaks;
-Fridge/Freezer is cold and stays at desired temperature
-Hot water tank was just flushed and anode changed

-Roof was just urethane about 6 months ago and still looks great
-Washer and dryer works as it should
-Stove and microwave work as they should
-New double recliners that are big and comfy
