Airports RSW / PGD / SRQ US ZIP code 34287 Home is fully equipped, family oriented, comes with everything you need including beach gear and bicycle use with 2 mountain bikes or 2 three-wheelies cruisers to choose from. Salt-water pool is electric heated, spacious and very private as the house sits on a double corner lot with lots of nature around. Easy shopping with Publix/Walmart/Costco nearby. Ample parking for 4 cars on driveway. Multiple beaches within 30 mins drive. Warm Mineral Springs 5 mins. Aqua park 5 mins. Newly paved bike path right by the house.
