This house is set for family or friends with great outdoor space.
* 3 bedrooms :
- 2 bedrooms have 1 queen size bed
- 1 bedroom features 2 full size bed
- Living room 1 sofa bed that convert to queen size
* 2 full bathrooms : 1 bathroom with shower / 1 bathroom with tub
Fully equipped kitchen with Microwave, Dishwasher, Stove, Keurig machine.
All the utensils for short or long term stays.
The space
* 3 Smart TV's with fast Wi-Fi connection to connect to Netflix, Disney channel
* Backyard includes a private pool, Pergola with BBQ,
* Outdoor dinning table for up to 8 people + seating area.
* Pack n' play and high chair available
Guest access
Guests will have access to the entire home, backyard is totally private
Other things to note
* Pool Heat is $10/day upon request and must be paid for the entire stay before arrival
* All Tv's are smart TV's. You have the option to log into your favorite streaming apps including those for broadcast TV. There is no cable TV. If you want to watch a game or any live channel you'll need to watch it on your own device.
* We don't provide streaming app accounts (Netflix, Amazon or Disney+).
* Guest that made booking must be present at checking No more than 8 guests at any giving time
* No party, graduation birthdays or events allowed*
* Pool technician comes every Wednesday between 7am and 12pm.
* Pool pump runs from 9am to 4pm during winter time and 9am to 5 pm during summer time.
* The pool vacuum works on its own for a few hours by timer. In South Florida it's typical for there to be rain and high winds, which may cause additional leaves from the large trees to fall into the pool. There’s also a pool net available. You’re welcome to use this to clean the pool in between pool service cleanings.
* No more than 2 vehicles on the driveway
* No street parking
* No parking on grass
* No commercial filming allowed
