For Rent: in a 55+ retirement community. Available November 1 to April 30th. $1450 US per month or $500 US a week. 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. Monthly rent includes these amenities: the electric, lawn cutting, water and lot rent. Washer and dryer is in the shed inside the screen room. Does not include phone or cable, internet. 1 months in advance required plus $300 damage deposit. Damage deposit returned upon inspection of the unit after checkout. NO pets and non smokers preferred. Mobile home has been fully redone. Newer furniture in the unit. Queen bed in one bedroom and a trundle bed in other which opens up to a king size bed. Bedroom has bedding included for both bedrooms. Kitchen is fully stocked with dishes, pots and silverware all you have to provide is your towels. Unit is also available for purchase if interested.
