Naples Florida Condo Available March 2025 We are a retired couple who have previously rented this comfortable, well equipped 2 bedroom condo. The complex is Winterpark, well situated in Naples, Florida. We had planned to return this year and have paid for the month of March, however we encountered a medical issue that prevents us from travelling at this time. If you have the opportunity to travel on short notice, this is a great opportunity. Lots to do at this complex, tennis, pickleball, bocce and many social activities. Winterpark is known for having one of the largest and nicest pools in the area. It is a short drive to the beaches. The unit is available to be rented any time from now until April 1st, depending on your schedule. Our cost was $6000 U.S. for the month. Two weeks would be the equivalent of $3000 U.S. With the owner’s permission we are looking to “sub-let” for $2500 CAD for two weeks. Extra days are available at no further cost if you arrive prior to March 17.
