Most Maui lanais are very small, the Sands of Kahana has roomy lanais where you have a table with four chairs.( Some have 2 lanais) This rental includes most associated fees by the Sands of Kahana. There may be local state transient taxes to pay on check in Estimated at us$21 per day. You may also be asked for a refundable damage deposit on check in. You will have a FULL kitchen and washer/dryer in your unit. These are spacious units! The master bedroom has a king size bed, and there is a queen size fold out couch bed in the living room along with a full bathroom. No need to bring beach towels, you can get as many as you need from your suite or just request more from housekeeping. You have an on site restaurant that is great, affordable and very convenient before or after a busy day. They have a great happy hour! You have 2 pools, hot tub, pickle ball, tennis courts, exercise room and miniature golf. There is a common room from which you can hang out if you arrive early or leave late, but also to find previous tourists' beach toys, books, etc. that are left in the spirit of sharing. Check often, there are always finds. Sands of Kahana has 24 hour front desk check in. Note some of these amenities may or may not be available.
