Vacation Rental in Spruce Sands, Manitoba (entire cabin) (1 hour and 20 minutes north of Winnipeg by Lake Winnipeg) Bookings start June 22nd! Looking for a beautiful spot to relax and enjoy nature and quality time with friends and family, look no further! The property is 4 season, 1,585 square feet, close to nature trails and forest to explore, less than 10 minute walk to a beautiful sandy beach on Lake Winnipeg and 5 minutes to a smaller beach, 10 minute walk to convenience store/restaurant (store open May long weekend to September long weekend), spacious backyard, deck, gazebo, fire pit and 7 person hot tub. Minutes away from 9 hole Marvellous Meadows Golf & Grill, 15 minute drive to Gimli (Gimli has many activities/festivals, hospital, and amenities), 10 minute drive to boat launch at Arnes Harbor and Silver Harbor (convenience store). Famous Arnes Market is a 2 minute drive. Great location for ice fishing in winter. Rental fee: $2000 for 6 night stay (check-in Sunday at 1:00pm and check-out Saturday at 12:00pm). Other rental durations may be available, please contact us to discuss. Cleaning fee is included in rental fee. Long term stays can be accommodated. Deposit: A deposit of 50% of the rental fee is required to hold your booking. The deposit will be put toward the rental fee. Remainder of rental fee: The remainder of the rental fee will be due 7 days prior to rental commencing Cancelation policy: Full refund up to 30 days before check-in. No refund after that. Damage deposit: $500 damage deposit is due 7 days prior to rental commencing (refunded within 5 days after rental is completed) Pets are welcome for an additional $100 fee (please clean up poop). $100 fee will be due 1 week prior to rental commencing Minimum age: 25+ to rent Forms of payment: cash or Interac e-transfer 8 guests maximum (extra guests can be accommodated for an additional fee) 3 bedrooms (1 bedroom with king bed, 1 bedroom with queen bed, 1 bedroom with single bed and bunk bed with single bed on top and double bed on bottom).
