Duplex cottage for rent. One unit sleeps 7 (3 bedroom) and the other sleeps 6 (2 bedroom, 1 hide-a-bed, 1 bath). On site bath house with 3 piece washroom, and an outhouse. Great for multi-family vacations! Sand beach perfect for sandcastles, swimming, and chilling in the shade of the treed picnic area 200 yards away (rental is not lakefront). Features: Fully equipped kitchen, running water, BBQ, TV with DVD player, air conditioning, assorted yard games, board games, puzzles, books, and DVDs. Nice large fire pit, picnic table, and outdoor umbrellas. Drinking water and bedding provided (bath/beach towels not supplied). Bookings are weekly, Friday to Friday. Multi-week bookings will be discounted. A 50% deposit is due upon booking and is fully refundable for cancellations within 8 weeks of arrival. The balance is due 2 days prior to arrival. A security deposit of $500 will be returned within 7 days of checking out provided there is no damage or extensive cleaning required. Pets are welcome with a fee of $50 per animal. Guest access to the lake is at the public beach 200 yards from the cottage. It’s close enough that coming back to the cabin for snacks, naps, or gear is not a pain. The public beach is very quiet and our guests are often the only ones there.
