Enjoy a gorgeous view of the lake through either the wrap around windows from inside the cottage, BBQing from the large deck, playing on your own beach, or while tanning on your private dock. Your new getaway overlooks the lake which is only a few feet away. Having a southern exposure you will enjoy spectacular sunrises and sunsets with endless days of sun on the dock. There is a great small sand beach area where you’re able to wade slowly into the water, and the dock is perfect for jumping and diving off as it’s 6 - 7 feet deep off the diving board. The shoreline is all sand and has no leaches at all. Catch small mouth bass, pickerel, or pike right from the dock or explore the lake by canoe. In the evening reminisce about your day sitting around the fire pit, head to Kenora for entertainment, or star gaze while listening to the loons calling it a night. On those very hot days, the cabin does have air conditioning. You’re Situated only 3 minutes to the boat launch/marina, 10 minutes to Keewatin, or 15 minutes to Kenora, you are close to all amenities. Cottage Amenities: • Kitchen/Dining: Kitchen cloths, dish soap will be supplied. - Fridge, Stove, Microwave, Coffee maker, Toaster, Dishes/Glasses, Cutlery, Pots and Pans, kitchen utensils, Cookie/pizza sheets, Mixer, Kettle, Bottled water dispenser (water supplied), Ceiling fan. • Living Room: - Plenty of comfortable seating, Satellite TV, DVD player, Ceiling fan, various board/family games, Great view of the fire pit and lake. • 1 Bathroom: Toilet tissue is supplied. Please supply your own towels. - Sink, Shower, Toilet, also very clean Outhouse, and a fantastic hot water on demand heated Outdoor shower. • 2 Bedrooms: Please supply your own pillows and blankets. Both mattresses are new. - Master: Queen Bed, Dresser, ceiling fan, Satellite TV, View of the lake. - Second: Double bed, Plenty of Shelving and hooks, fan. • Outdoor features: - BBQ and propane, Fire pit (wood supplied), Canoe with paddles/lifejackets, Private beach, Cabin deck with retractable awning, Dock with diving board, Mother nature. This is a smoke and pet free environment. There is parking for guests but only for day visits, no overnights. I only have the two weeks available. Aug 3rd to Aug 17th. Otherwise it's booked solid. Rental Rates: Check-in is Sunday at 2:30 p.m. Check-out is Sunday at 10:00 a.m. $1300.00 per week with %50 deposit required when booking. No credit card accepted, only cash (eTransfer) or check. Remaining amount in cash (eTransfer) upon arrival. $500.00 damage deposit on arrival, returned on departure. A housekeeping fee of $125.00 will be applied if not left clean.
