Mayan Riviera Cute Jungle Studio 25m pool- Akumal

Have you been coming to Playa and area for years and need a change or are you new and want to explore with some support from me:) My cute Studio is (290 sq ft. 23 m2) located 20 mins south of Playa del Carmen on my property, might be what you're looking for. You'll have a giant private pool/ FINA 25m double swim lane too!! The Studio is for adults only (2) and only non-smokers please. I will allow a small dog, but we need to chat about that. The property is less than 5 km from XpuHa beach, and you can take the bikes, a mini bus or even walk (though it's down the highway) to hit numerous beach accesses and clubs/rest. Puerto Aventuras/Playa to the north & Tulum/Akumal to the south. Perfectly located in the middle. Rent a car if you'd like and you'll have the ultimate experience exploring Quintana Roo/Yucatan- head to Chichen Itza or Bacalar for a day or two, and I have a scooter (rent) too. I can be your support and guide if you like:) There is a queen bed, a fantastic mattress with a foam topper, bamboo protector, wardrobe and 43” Sharp/SMART/Roku TV. The bathroom and shower are together- think modern, with floor to ceiling tiles and a sweet bidet! The Studio is detached, separate from the main house (my place), a standalone building located on 1.5 acres of jungle, with parking directly in front of the unit. Studio Muluk Kin is outfitted with premium sheets and towels. I will exchange the towels and sheets on a regular basis, though you would be responsible for the T-towels, and other small items, in-suite washer (no dryer, hang to dry outside/I have a dryer for urgent drying:)). Equipped with a remote-controlled air conditioner (mini split), ceiling fan and a screen door and window screens; believe me, some places have no screens:( The studio is well appointed, fully equipped with a kitchen; small fridge/freezer, induction burner, Cuisinart panini press/griddle, coffeemaker, kettle, microwave, blender and more - and if you need something specific, I will put it into the studio for you- e.g., food processer, blender, ice-cream maker- teehee etc. There is also a portable JBL Bluetooth speaker. I always keep it fully stocked with shampoo/cond, body wash, laundry and dish soap, paper towels; everything you will need for your stay. It's ideal for those coming for Tri's, or training for one, swimmers of course of any sort, and divers or someone that is tired of the 'resort scene. Or, perhaps you just need a Zen place to hang out- you will love the unique birds and iguanas, that only a jungle can give you.
