My cute Studio Muluk Kin is a studio (290 sq ft. 23 m2) so no separate bedroom. It is for adults only (2)/non-smoking please. There is a queen bed, a fantastic mattress with a foam topper, bamboo protector, wardrobe and 43” Sharp/SMART/Roku TV. The bathroom and shower are together, with floor to ceiling tiles and a sweet bidet! The Studio is detached/separate from the Villa, a standalone building located on 1.5 acres of jungle, with parking directly in front of the unit.
Muluk Kin is outfitted with premium sheets and towels. I will exchange the towels and sheets on a regular basis, though you would be responsible for the T-towels, and other small items - in suite washer (no dryer, hang to dry outside). Equipped with a remote-controlled air conditioner (mini split), ceiling fan and a screen door and window screens.
The studio is well appointed, fully equipped with a small kitchen; small fridge/freezer, induction burner, Cuisinart panini press/griddle, coffeemaker, kettle, microwave - and if you need something specific, I will put it into the studio for you- e.g., food processer, blender, ice-cream maker- teehee etc. There is a portable JBL Bluetooth speaker.
It's ideal for those coming for Tri's, or training for one, swimmers of course of any sort, and divers. This area is a diving mecca. Or, perhaps you just need a Zen place to hang out- you will love the birds and iguanas, and the peace only a jungle can give you.
