$600 per week or $2000 per month CAD Two-bedroom, two-bath, ground-floor condo unit located within a secure gated community near Akumal (halfway between Playa del Carmen and Tulum). Situated within the community of the Grand Sirenis all-inclusive hotel, this condo is fully furnished: a fully equipped kitchen with a full-size refrigerator, gas stovetop, small oven, and dishwasher as well as a washer and dryer. A screened-in patio allows for comfortable outdoor dining or lounging. The condo is surrounded by jungle, and a natural beach is only a 5-minute walk away. The beach is swimmable with water shoes and has lovely soft sand. A lounging pool on the roof of the condominium is available for use as well as a BBQ. The community is quiet and secluded. Public transport is limited, so renting a car is advised but previous renters have managed without.
