This 1200 sq. ft, second floor traditionally styled condo features 2 bedrooms (king sized in main, king sized with double bunk in guest room) and 2, 3 piece bathrooms. There are no elevators as the building has only 3 stories. So there are two easy flights of stairs, with hand rails, to the unit. It comes fully furnished and outfitted for your stay. Fully equipped kitchen with full size appliances, a washing machine (with indoor drying lines)...everything you need, bedding, towels, etc. Just bring your suitcase and toiletries! There is a large beautiful private terrace accessible from both living room and master bedroom overlooking the common area pool and garden courtyard. This condo is in a 30 unit building named Aqua Terra and located in a very central area, probably the most awesome location in the city....a super "walk everywhere" location on 34 Calle between 20 and 25 avenida. It is only 3 blocks to most public beaches, famous 5th Avenue, and grocery stores, great cafes and bars, cantinas and lots of musical entertainment. I still love it there after many years! *Secure Entry *Fast wifi, cable TV *Off street personal parking for one vehicle April 15 - 30, 2025 open December 1 - 15, 2025 open December 16 - 31, 2025 booked January, February and March 2026, booked and NOT available** *Taking bookings/inquiries for 2027 November 2027, open December 2027, open January 2028, open $900 per week - Single/Couple $1200 per week - up to 4 Adults, with $200 per week per extra guest, up to 6 people (king, king, double, couch) *Tenants would pay own power based on usage. Although power is more expensive in Mexico, using the air conditioning only at night in closed bedrooms, and keeping the sea breeze flowing through during the day with open screened sliding doors and windows will keep the power costs lower.
