This condo is in a 30 unit building named Aqua Terra and located in a central rea, probably the most awesome location in the city....a super "walk everywhere" location on 34 Calle between 20 and 25 avenida. It is only 3 blocks to most public beaches, famous 5th Avenue, and grocery stores, great cafes and bars, cantinas and lots of musical entertainment. I still love it the there after many years!
