Hilton vacation club available for rent. Don't ask if it's available for 3 days, the prices for a week you can leave whenever you want. Still a great deal even if you stay for 3 to 4 days.
All resort amenities, no resort fees like the ridiculous hotels. Closest casino is the Orleans but there is a free shuttle to the strip that runs on the half hour.
Plenty of restaurants around the resort, including a great bar and grill you can walk to that has prices that you can actually afford in Vegas.
I also have access to other resorts in Vegas closer to the strip depending on your weeks. References available upon request, I've been doing this for 20 years.
No other fees of any kind, no timeshare tours or any of that nonsense.
