Vacation summer house

Welcome to our cottage located on the beautiful Kingston Peninsula on the St.John River boasting amazing sunsets and vistas. We are approximately 40 from downtown Saint John ,and 90 from Moncton or Fredericton. Come and enjoy the beautiful countryside and friendly maritime people. While at the cottage you will have a fully equipped kitchen ,large barbecue ,gas range and dishwasher. There is a drip coffee maker and a keurig coffee maker for your convenience in the pantry, as well as a toaster and microwave. A local convenience store is a short drive away or larger stores 20 minutes away. There are three bedrooms each with a comfy queen size bed, closet and a dresser. Each bedroom has a large window or patio door. Off the master bedroom is a large bathroom with double vanity and sinks, large soaker tub and large glass shower. A laundry center is located off the master bedroom as well. A media room has a large tv where you can log into your streaming channels,a dvd player with lots of dvds to use,puzzles and games as well as a variety of books for your enjoyment. Internet is provided. A second bathroom with a large shower is located off the kitchen. This is waterfront property has beautiful clean clear water . You will have use of kayaks,a paddle board and a sailboard. Life jackets are available for your safety and are required. You can enjoy the fire pit when the weather permits . Our beautiful screened porch is a favourite for morning coffee or a relaxing evening. You can take short drive to local convenience store for supplies or gas . If you need a full grocery order a 30 minute drive takes you to the town of Quispamsis. We rent from Sunday to Sunday. Long term rental will be considered.
