The Cedar Cottage is available starting January 18 until July 17, 2025. Rental rates (weekly and monthly) are based on the number of people and length of stay (utilities are included). A refundable damage deposit are also required. This cozy short-term rental is located on a private lot (0.75 acres) in the seaside community of Ketch Harbour. Ketch Harbour is approximately 20 km south of downtown Halifax and 9 km from Crystal Crescent Beach Provincial Park. This fully furnished home and property offers: > Two bedrooms —a queen bed and a double bed. Both rooms have a dresser, wall hooks, a mirror and lamps. > High-speed internet > A large screen TV with Roku > A small washing machine and drying rack > Deck furniture and a barbecue > A well-equipped kitchen and bathroom (face clothes, hand and bath towels) > A welcoming living room with antique furniture and a dining area > An ocean view of Ketch Harbour and the Atlantic Ocean > A private yard surrounded by mature trees, shrubs and old rock walls > A garage (for a small amount of storage) and a paved driveway I will give consideration to a pet, so please include information about your furry companion.
