Or perhaps you are in between sales of your house, or coming from out of town to look for housing. We are central to it all!
Walkout Private basement suite offered on beautiful boatable Springfield lake in Middle Sackville, NS. with your own private entrance. Just 20 minutes from the airport or city of Halifax. 5 minutes from grocery stores, restaurants, coffee shops. 20 mins from the airport. Property is close to all amenities if guests choose to spend their time on the lake. Lots of golf courses nearby, 30 mins to valley vineyards.
Guests have a living room (cable tv, wifi), 2 bedrooms with queen beds, 3 pc bathroom, kitchenette/bar area (microwave, fridge, air fryer, toaster oven, fridge, keurig, coffee maker, hot plate, and bbq). Suite has air condition.
There's nothing like a bonfire and smores right on the lake to enjoy these beautiful sunsets.
Guests have their own covered private patio area and bbq. There are 2 kayaks to use. Kayak over to the island, walk the trails, have a bonfire. Boat and swim at your own risk. Enjoy the lovely campfire with some s’mores.
There is an extra fee for dogs if permitted.
Note: Boat in pictures is not for guest use, however there is a boat launch on the lake if you’d like to bring your own.
Nightly fee $150 includes all fees in off season. In season rates are $200/night. Both prices include fees and taxes.
