Relax while looking out over the La Have River, without sacrificing the comfort of having nearby grocery stores, cafes, beaches, and restaurants. Our little piece of paradise is located just a 10 minute drive from the town of Bridgewater, which has grocery stores, cafes, and restaurants. When driving further towards the coast, you are also just a short drive away from some of the beautiful spots along the south shore: - Approximately 15-20min to Rissers Beach Provincial Park & Crescent Beach - 10min to LaHave Bakery - 15min to Ploughman's Lunch - Less than 30min to UNESCO sites of Mahone Bay & Lunenburg This part of Nova Scotia has lots to offer including nearby biking trails, hiking trails, kayaking opportunities, beaches, and discovering local artisans (pottery, jewellery, artwork, and more). We're happy to provide you with some suggestions or tips! We are reachable via text, email, or a phone call throughout your stay. The cottage has one main bedroom with a king size bed. Please note the slanted, wooden panelling near the ceiling in this room provides some privacy, but sound carries into the rest of the cottage. It is not acoustically private. The beds in the loft are accessible via a step ladder. One is a double size mattress, while the other is a twin mattress. The monthly rent is $1975 power and gas cost which is dependable on the usage (would be an average amount payable monthly on top of the rent). We have someone to clean. ( between $75 and $125 bi weekly) The cost for winter cleaning and cost for internet could be negotiated. We are looking for one or two rental person for round about 6 month.
