The cottage is located 45 min north of Napanee and 1 hour west of Perth on a quiet lake great for swimming, kayaking/canoeing (connects to 2 rivers/3 lakes), birdwatching and fishing. It comes with: lawn/lounge chairs, a canoe, kayak & rowboat, firepit, bbq, deck, dock, fully stocked kitchen (incl airfryer/toaster oven), composting toilet, shower (lots of hot water), rows of DVDs/many games, big windows looking out on the lake, 2 bdrms (one with 2 single beds and other with one king bed) and a bunkie with 2 single beds (and portable toilet). Please note - You can park by the cottage with an AWD vehicle. Without one, you need to park at top of driveway and walk down about 300 ft. (Can use wheelbarrow to bring heavy stuff like drinking water/groceries down). Tamworth/Sharbot Lake are less than 30 min drive with grocery store/pharmacy/LCBO and coffee shops. Please note - only offering 2 week/4 week rentals. $1400 for 2 weeks (+$75 cleaning fee) OR $2500 for 4 weeks (+$100 cleaning/restocking fee).
