This home has 3 bedrooms currently furnished with 1 queen size bed (NEW Douglas Summit memory foam mattress), 1 queen size bed (Endy memory foam mattress), and 1 room is currently used as an office space, with the option to have a twin size IKEA Sultan mattress on the floor if needed. The living and dining rooms are charming, colourful and cozy - there's so much hygge in this home!

The newly renovated kitchen boasts all new stainless steel appliances, Breville Cafe Roma espresso machine, potlights, comfortable on your feet marmoleum flooring and a gorgeous Italian tile backsplash. The 6' wide kitchen patio doors facing SW bring in so much natural light, that it's an absolute pleasure cooking dinner in this space, basked in afternoon/evening light. If you love plants, they will thrive in this environment too!

The backyard patio is perfect for entertaining or just taking time to read in the afternoon under the shade of the large 10'x10' canopy. The back deck off the kitchen is great for your morning coffee and the colourful front porch is another fun outdoor space. There is parking for one small vehicle available.

Please note: the home is a duplex with a separate one-bedroom apartment in the basement, currently rented to a young contientious professional. Therefore the basement is off limits, as well as the laundry room. If you require laundering services, we can discuss options ahead of time.

North of the Junction/Stockyards and close to the 401, YYZ Airport, Weston UP Express high speed rail that gets you down to Union Station in 15 minutes. 2 min walk to Weston Road and the 89 Weston TTC bus route, which gets you down to KEELE subway station in 15 minutes.
