Cosy place on Superior at Havilland bay. Place has all the necessities like 4 bedrooms, country cottage kitchen with a lot of counter space and a large wooden 6+2 person table. All the kitchen gizmos, dishes etc., full 4pce bath, heat, hydro, bbq, tv (you’ll have to hotspot for service It’s what I do ) All the stuff you need. Flat level 1/2 acre lot 2 feet high off the water. You definitely don’t need to be a mountain goat to walk around here lol. Kept lawns. Has a boat ramp down to the water. All decks are level with cottage floor. And only three steps up from the yard. I can install a ramp for wheel chair access if needed. Great neighbours. Easy paved road access from Hwy 17 (a couple of minutes in). Docks and platform for you to sit out on the water. Pool ladder access to the water there. No diving tho it’s only a foot deep lol. Hard sand bottom no rocks to speak of or weeds. Just the odd clam or golf ball . A bit of a beach to play in . Shallow crystal clear water . Great for little kids. Walk out about 300’ before it’s over my head. Lots of comfy places to sit on the decks, docks and yard. It’s available June 19- July 1st. I can extend that to the 3rd for two full weeks. I garlic spray the yard with my power fogger to help keep away the mosquitos as well. So, If you are looking for a nice relaxing fun place this is it. You’ll like it here. I do lol.
