This is a cozy 2 bedroom cottage for rent from Sunday afternoon to Friday morning. No weekends! It is located in a bay on a 1,700 acres spring fed lake. It is close to Smith Falls and Perth. Approximately 1 hour from Ottawa and from Kingston. It is a private property with lots of trees that allow quietness, hammock and a 50 feet deck t the lake, beautiful spot for swimming. We supply 2 kayaks, paddle board and a canoe ( you must bring your own floatation devices). The air conditioning cottage has a nice deck which creates the perfect place to enjoy a cup of coffee and BBQ. The property has a fire pit with seating. The living room and kitchen is open concept. The kitchen is equipped with a microwave, fridge, stove/ oven and coffee machine. The bathroom has a 6 foot shower. One bedroom has a double bed and the other room has bunkbed (a-single over double). This home away from home is the perfect place for your next family vacation.
