Our cottages are on lakefront property. We use the front one on weekends and rent the back one. Our guests enjoy their own private fire pit, bbq, picnic table and more. Private beach access on site. Fits max 6 people including children or 4 adults max.
Located on Ipperwash beach on Lake Huron. Shallow waters, great for children.

Pets are allowed as long as the they are well behaved and friendly. Leash only beach. Max 2 small dogs allowed or 1 med/large dog.

50% deposit of total cost is due when booking and remaining amount due 30 days prior (less than 30 days booking payment is due in full).
We also require a Security deposit of $300 that is refundable post satisfactory check out inspection
