Welcome to our beautiful Cozy Cottage located 5 minutes south of Bayfield and 15 minutes north of Grand Bend. Currently we are renting for the following: Off Season - Spring - Saturday May 31st to Saturday June 7th - Saturday June 7th to Saturday June 14th - Saturday June 14th to Saturday June 21st - Spring price is $1,150 per week Off Season – Fall - Saturday September 20 to Saturday September 27th - Saturday September 27th to Saturday October 4th - Fall price is $1,000 per week Note: The months of April, May, July and August are FULLY BOOKED Winter Months: - Monthly rentals (short term only) available from December 2025 to April 2026 - $2,500 per month including all utilities, cable, internet, etc All rentals have a pre-determined starting and ending date. If you are looking for a relaxing and peaceful getaway, while enjoying the beautiful Lake Huron Sunsets, then we are definitely the cottage for you. On the other hand, if you would rather be loud, noisy and just want to party, then we ask that you look somewhere else. We only rent our cottage to families or to mature adults / couples. Due to very severe allergies in our family, there are NO PETS of any kind allowed (sorry but NO exceptions). Also there is NO SMOKING of any kind inside our cottage (smoking can be done outside only). If this information provided so far is what you are looking for, then please read on. Our Cottage Features: - Beach access right across the street from our cottage (we are lake VIEW) - One full 4 piece bathroom with in floor heating - 3 bedrooms (2 queens, 1 double and 1 single bed) - Closets in all the bedrooms - Pillows provided (you bring blankets, bed linens, pillow cases, towels, and toiletries) - Comfortably can sleep 8 people maximum (if one person uses the sofa) - Spacious open concept living room and eating area - Fridge, stove, microwave and dishwasher - Coffee maker, toaster, dishes, cutlery, pots and pans - TV with Cable, Wi-Fi and even a retro DVD player - Washer and Dryer / Gas Water Heater - Full HVAC system (central air conditioning and central heating) - Gas fireplace in family room - Ceiling fans in all rooms - Wrap around deck with some views of Lake Huron - Outdoor enclosed shower (closed during winter season) - Outdoor Gazebo with Patio Set for 6 - Picnic Table with room for 6 - Propane BBQ with spare tank supplied - Backyard fire pit (you bring firewood) - Large backyard for kids to run and play (yard is not fenced in) - Some bicycles, backyard games and beach toys provided - Bayfield and Grand Bend will have grocery stores, Tim Horton’s and other amenities - NO PETS OF ANY KIND – NO EXCEPTIONS - NO SMOKING OF ANY KIND INSIDE COTTAGE (permitted outside only) There is also an additional cleaning/damage deposit fee of $300 for weekly rentals OR $900 for monthly rentals. This is refundable within 7 days after the end of the rental period after a complete inspection is done showing that the cottage is being returned fully cleaned, with no damages and is in a “ready to rent” condition for our next guests.
