Georgian Bay/Muskoka Cottage

We have September availability at our peaceful cottage! Mon-Thurs. 3 night stay $1250 or Thurs.-Sun $1400, 2 night stay $850 Weekly Stay: Sept. 12-19 ($2200) Sept. 19-26,2026 ($2100) *2027 booking available after Oct. 15th* ($2800/week) 3 Bedroom Cottage (Max # of guests 6 total) Main cottage has 3 bedrooms ( 2 Queen beds and 1 double bed) and 1.5 bathrooms. Open Concept Cottage, Level Lot, Shallow entry, South facing. A cottage maintenance fee ($150) and damage deposit are required. Wi-Fi is available ($50/week) No Smoking inside. Dog(s) considered upon owners approval Check in 3 pm, Check out 11am We are a Short Term Registered Rental Property on a private, peaceful, smaller lake in MacTier, ON. No public boat launch (no personal boats, seadoos or jet skis) Included is a 14ft. Aluminum boat, 2 kayaks, 2 paddle boats and a canoe. There is the main dock leading to the water , plus a new large extension dock built in June 2025 (not in photo) and a swim raft out in the lake to enjoy. Only 5 minutes to town: Foodland, LCBO, Home Hardware, Public Library, Stewart Lake Beach/Playground, Pharmacy and Nurses Station. Cottage is approx. 5 minutes off Hwy 400. Less than 2 hours from the GTA Great location to other towns: Port Carling 20 min, Lake Joseph 10 min, Bala 20 min, Parry Sound/Rosseau 30 min, Gravenhurst/Bracebridge 40 min, Huntsville/Barrie 60min.
