Welcome to Mum’s Cottage, at Sherkston Shores Resort! Vacation in the relaxed neighbourhood of Evergreen Village away from the busyness of the park but close enough to walk or golf cart ride to get to all the beaches, pools and amenities. Lovely 2 bedroom corner cottage with huge covered deck that allows you to still enjoy the outdoors and stay dry when it's raining. The golf cart (drivers min. 25 yrs) is included in the price. Available July 2 - July 6 (5 nights) = $2000 July 11 -14 (Weekend) = $1500 July 25 - 28 (Weekend) = $1500 Rent includes registration fee and golf cart. Waterpark fee is extra. Our ideal location has access to numerous area fishing spots. Just 30 minutes away from Niagara Falls and 45 minutes to Niagara on the Lake, Sherkston Shores offers an ideal location from which to explore the Niagara region and Ontario. At Mum’s Cottage, you will enjoy a huge outdoor space to relax in, and inside you will have an air-conditioned/heated, 2-bedroom corner cottage in Evergreen Village (#22), 1 Full bath, kitchen and living room, and huge relaxing deck with 2 outdoor yards. The renovated kitchen is fully equipped and stocked with everything you will need. The deck is 578 square feet and has a dining area, a huge changeable patio set, and a propane fire pit with 5 chairs for those cozy nights by the fire. Our Golf Cart is included in the price but you must be 25 years or older to operate it and you must present a valid driver’s license. The main bedroom has a queen bed with FireTV (Netflix and Prime Video Included) and has a large closet and 2 dressers... tons of storage. In the second bedroom, there are 2 ‘double’ bunk beds perfect for kids or adults plus a closet. The living room has 2 large sofas and one is a pullout queen bed. There is also a retractable wall divider for privacy. The TV in the living room has regular cable plus Fire TV (Netflix and Prime Video). We have private wifi that's great for someone to work from the cottage and also for the X-box for the kids. Outside we have a BBQ as well as a wood fire pit in the backyard for roasting marshmallows and having those great nighttime stories and songs around the fire. Please note: RENTING TO FAMILIES ONLY with a maximum of 5 people. This is a Non- Smoking mini-home and NO pets due to allergies plus NO PARTIES. Unfortunately, guests cannot bring friends or family into the resort. Towels, bed linens, and pillows are not provided (as per new Sherkston Covid-19 regulations). Our cottage will be cleaned and sanitized before your rental and must be left in a good tidy condition before leaving, otherwise, a charge might be taken from your security deposit. A waiver must be signed at check-in, and a photo of the person's driver's license who will be driving the golf cart will be taken for insurance reasons.
