You can rent one cottage, or two cottages or the whole three cottages property.
This a three cottages property, semi fenced property.
The yellow cottage - two bedrooms and one washroom and kitchen. One king bed in one bedroom, 2 queens in the second bedroom. and three sofa beds in the living area.
The ginger cottage - one bedroom and one washroom and kitchen. One king bed in one bedroom and one sofa beds in the living area.
The pink cottage - a studio with a washroom and kitchen. One king bed and one sofa bed.
The property is located right in the downtown of Wasaga beach, about 1km away from beach one, about 30 minutes drive to Blue Mountain, 3 minutes walking distance to the only Walmart in Wasaga, and 3 minutes walking distance to Foodland, lots of restaurants, Tim Horton's , RBC. Bus station is right on front of the cottage.
4 season cottages, fully heated and have cooling ACs. have basic cutlery, towels, bedding and linens. a Fridge, stove and 2 coffee machines, regular coffee machine and Keurig.
Check in is anytime after 4PM, check out is anytime before 11AM.
Parties and events are reasonably allowed. No excessive noise at all time. no noise at all allowed after 10PM. Pls read the rest of the house rules.
