I am looking to take over an apartment lease, weather its a 1,2, or 3 bedroom. Preferably close to scarborough, but anywhere in the GTA is fine . If you are planing to move out of your apartment i will pay you to take over your lease. I am flexible with move in date. Please send me a messsge if interested.
