Modern very private three bedroom with two full baths. Park at the door. Cottage overlooks 400’ of private beach owned by us. Just a 2-5 minute walk down our private road or drive and park near the sand. Cottage boasts a great room with skylights, laminate floors, maple kitchen, leather furniture, good wifi and satellite, smart TV, Propane fireplace. Large decks , one partially covered for shade, propane barbecue and lots of Muskoka chairs on deck and beach. Portapotty on the beach for your convenience. Lawn for games behind cottage and firepit. Three bedrooms with two queens and a double/ single bunk set. Sleeps six. Wide sandy beach which is very kid friendly.
