For more information, or to make a booking call 204-298-7674 Our beautiful cabin is the piece of paradise you need for a summer vacation! We are in the highly desirable Lake of the Woods area. This road access property is located approximately 45 minutes south of Kenora, we are a scenic car ride on paved roads to relaxation, fantastic fishing, and good family fun! We are just south of Sioux Narrows. The drive past Kenora is worth the quiet, peaceful experience this part of the lake has to offer. Lake of the Woods has crystal clear, calm water that is great for swimming, tubing, fishing and all other water activities. Spend the afternoon boating or at the beach where children are able to walk into the water and play. Older children can swim out to the floating dock. Perfect for swimmers of all ages! This is a fisherman’s paradise. The lake is loaded with walleye, smallmouth bass, largemouth bass, northern pike, perch and crappie. One boat slip is available for rent in a private marina, steps away from the cabin. Rental of boat slip includes use of the fish house and boat launch located next to marina. The amenities of Sioux Narrow are a few minutes away with grocery, fuel, bait, ice cream, mini-golf, souvenirs and restaurants. ------------------------------------------- Our cabin is 3000 square feet and sleeps 12. The rental is a 7 days minimum. -Check in is Saturday at 4 p.m. -Check out is Saturday by 11a.m The upper-level: (Approx. 2000 sq. ft.) • Comfortable sleeping accommodations for 8 adults with 3 brand new queen size beds and all new linen. 1 bedroom with queen 2 queens in loft 2 single beds in loft • A huge open concept kitchen, dining area and family room, with comfortable seating and wrap around windows that give you an incredible view of the lake. • Kitchen/Dining: island in kitchen with four stools, dining table with seating for 12, full fridge and full freezer, stove, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, pots and pans, baking sheet, roasters, kettle, bottled water dispenser (1 bottle supplied – refills available in town), kitchen utensils, cookware, kitchen cloths/towels and dish soap will be supplied. • Laundry: washer and dryer available for use. • 1 Bathroom - sink, shower, toilet ------------------------------------------- The lower-level : (Approx. 1000 sq. ft.) • 2 bedrooms with comfortable sleeping accommodations for 4 adults. 2 brand new queen size beds. All new linen. • Kitchen/Dining: dining table in kitchen with seating for 6, side by side fridge and freezer, stove, microwave, coffee maker, toaster. • 1 Bathroom -sink, shower, toilet Many ceiling fans located throughout the cabin. Free WiFi Pet Friendly! Maximum 2 dogs are welcome. There is NO smoking inside the cottage. Outdoor features: • BBQ with propane provided, a large wrap around deck overlooking lake with patio table and chairs. • floating dock with dock ladder. • Two kayaks available for use. • One boat slip is available for rent in a private marina, steps away from the cabin. ------------------------------------------- Cost: Rental of Entire Cabin • $4,000.00 CAD per week Rental of just the top Unit - Sleeping for 8. • $3,000.00 CAD per week $500 reservation/damage deposit required upon booking to hold reservation (to be returned upon check out pending inspections) Boat Slip Rental is $300 per week.
