Welcome to the beautiful and large Lake Dalrymple. Great boating, fishing, swimming, water skiing, or just relaxing and enjoying the spectacular view. There is lots of parking for friends or family gatherings (at least 6 spots). There is a public boat launch 5 - 10 minute drive away.
There is 60' of sandy bottom lakefront with little to no weeds. The depth gradually gets deeper, from approximately five feet deep at the end of the dock to about 15 feet deep in the middle of the lake. The dock has a ladder for easy entry/exit of the lake. The lake warms up quickly early in the season.
The south-facing cottage has lots of natural light and is on a large flat lot It has 3 bedrooms, 1.5 bathrooms with live edge counter tops, custom woodwork, an open concept living room, a dining room, a kitchen, and a deck. The cottage comes with a fully equipped kitchen: pots/pans/utensils, microwave, coffee maker, and a BBQ with one full tank, a 55" smart TV, dining table, patio furniture on the waterfront deck, outdoor fire pit, and Free unlimited high-speed wifi is included.
Please bring your drinking water as well as your linens: Sheets and pillowcases + Inside towels, kitchen towels, and beach towels. Please bring your lifejackets.

Only 1.5 hrs from Markham and 1/2 hour to Orillia (Casino Rama). The community center and park are a 5-minute drive away.
Rentals are from Saturday to Saturday. Check-in is at 4 pm, check-out is at 11 am the following Saturday.
Pet fees: no charge for the first pet, each additional pet is $75.
Interac E-Transfer is the preferred method of payment. The initial deposit of 50% is due upon booking with the outstanding balance + $500 damage deposit due 7 days before checking in. The damage deposit will be refunded within 7 business days of checking out. A waste disposal fee of $50 is to be withheld from the damage deposit if the waste has to be removed by the owner.
