• The property is ideally located close to conveniences but nestled into a quiet bay of Lake Muskoka. The cottage is 2km from Hwy 169 on a quiet cottage road. Far enough away from the main road to avoid busy traffic noise unlike many rental cottages on Lake Muskoka.

• Cottage sits at the water's edge of Lake Muskoka – no stairs to navigate to get to the lake so very convenient and perfect for children and senior family members.

• Located 5 minutes from quaint town of Bala (for groceries, shopping, restaurants, LCBO and more). • Please note: we are able to accommodate minimum 7 night rentals only (Saturday to Saturday)

• Accommodates up to 8 people: 3 bedrooms in the cottage and a Guest Cabin (with twin/double bunk beds) – great for tweens/teens. Bedrooms are neat, tastefully decorated and have great mattresses for a very comfortable sleep.

• You will enjoy fantastic views of a quiet bay of Lake Muskoka from the dock, living room, master bedroom and the screened-in Muskoka Room.

• Sunny, southeast exposure. Beautifully treed property, lots of natural vegetation providing privacy, shade and tranquility. Enjoy the sun on the dock or read a book in the comfort of the shaded hammock.

• A level lawn playing area and a wide, hard-packed sandy, weed-free lake entrance is great for the kids. Sunny southeast exposure.

• Lake-side sandbox and backyard playground/swing set for the little ones.

• Screened-in Muskoka Room with a great view of the lake, provides the most idyllic spot for enjoying your morning coffee, relaxing with a glass of wine, reading a great book, enjoying a nice meal and playing board games with the family.

• Lake-side firepit for evening bonfires and roasting marshmallows.

• Due to the location of the bay, the water is very calm and great for swimming. With access to Lake Muskoka, Lake Rosseau and Lake Joseph you will have endless boating and fishing opportunities. Be sure to bring your boat, or rent one from one of the marinas, and enjoy cruising the big lakes that made Muskoka famous. A public boat launch is located minutes away.

• 16 ft canoe, pedal boat, 2 kayaks, adult life jackets and swim noodles at the cottage for your family's enjoyment.
