Cozy Park Model trailer ( couples trailer) can sleep 4, single bedroom with Queen Size Bed, + sofa bed flips out as lg double bed Nicely appointed, couch, Dining table, chairs, LED TV [with DVD Player, lots of DVD movies available] [see pictures for more info on interior setup] Fully equipped, dishes, cutlery, pots pans, full sized fridge, gas stove / oven, toaster, kurig, Elc Kettle Full size 4 piece washroom, gas bbq, nice covered deck with small table & chairs, walking distance to the water. Pickerel, Pike, Whitefish, Bass, Catfish, Musky, Perch as well as your usual pan fish and I'm told there's Sturgeon and Lake Trout! We also have a nice brand-new 6x8 heated ice hut available for rent if needed, 3 Holes [with covers & screen], Heating available via 20LB LP Tank / Radiant heater [small fee for LP Fuel]. Complete with table with benches, stereo, solar / battery 12V power With USB charging ports, interior exterior lighting – so far, pickerel hitting pretty good early am and right at dusk! Were right on the snowmobile trails, a branch of runs across the end of our laneway. Winters over... short season, taking bookings for spring & summer.

Summer wise, nice large [shared dock for your mooring boat?? and swimming from [fishing too so long as no one’s swimming at that time (courteousness)] Free use of 2 SOT Kayaks [absolutely MUST WEAR PFD’s] Common area Picnic Table & Fire pit by water as well as another directly across from the Trailer [dependant of fire bans / regulations at the time]

Also 4 Full Service RV Lots [15 amp Hydro, Water & Sewer hookups] And several nice shady Tenting Area spots as well with possible Hydro available by weekend or week Lots to see and do in the area, Tim Hortons & Gas 5 mins away, several nice restaurant, Liquor & a Beer Store, 3 grocery stores locally, nice newer hospital, Museum & Public marina in town on the Ottawa river ALL WITHIN 10 Minutes Dive! We Also Have an additional RV Style Trailer Available for Rent as well, its actually smaller, but it can accommodate more in sleeping area... with bunk beds for kids, it can sleep 6 comfortable, and up to 8 people.
