Our 4-season family cottage rental is our "Little Bit of Heaven" that we offer to mature adults/families. It is on the shores of Lake Rosseau on a 9+ acre property shared with 9 other owners. Because of the acerage, there is plenty of privacy that you can see in the pictures. We use it ourselves and are VERY affordable that we use "Dare to Compare" prices for land access on one of the big 3 lakes. Features: Tennis Court; waterfront gazebo; docks; firepit; furniture; exclusive #10 boat slip upon request; gently sloped land to gorgeous, child-friendly beach. AC; high speed Internet and TV; Propane BBQ; massive deck; finished basement with walkout; water purification system; more ....... No aquatic equipment due to liability concerns. Summer preferences given to Sat-Friday weekly rentals unless it is last minute and we can accomodate you.
