This charming, cozy cottage is located on lake La Freniere in Fort Coulonge, Quebec. This is a 1hr 30 min drive from Ottawa and 30 min from Pembroke, Ontario.
The cottage features two rooms with queen beds, a living room, kitchen, dining room and a bathroom with a shower. The upstairs area has a spacy loft with two single beds, a seating area with a TV (no cable, usually used for gaming), and a small washroom. The living room and master bedroom have access to a large deck with a seating area and sun umbrella.
The interior of the cottage is fully furnished and includes linen and bathroom towels. The kitchen is fully furnished and includes all spices, coffee, tea and other necessities.
The cottage has internet. There are a few different games for indoor and outdoor entertainment available to the guests.
The back of the cottage has two beautiful seating areas, one with a fire pit. There is also a barbecue located near the entrance door. Nearby is also a homegrown garden that may have a variety of berries available for picking.
The front has a relaxing, shaded seating area under the deck.
The dock provides plenty of seating, two beach chairs and easy access to the water. A canoe and two kayaks are available for water activities. The peninsula beach, before the dock, offers a table with bench seating.
A few more weeks are available for renting in summer and fall. The cottage can host a family of up to 6 people.
The cottage is located in a quiet, small, residential area. There is a Metro store and other stores 10 min away. A number of fun restaurants and cafes are also available in the area.
Please let us know what week(s) you’re interested in renting. The cost for 4 people is $2,400 per week, and $200 for each additional guest up to total of 6 visitors. The payment is accepted in advance and non-refundable.
We kindly ask visitors to leave the cottage and all premises clean and free of personal items/waste.
