Big huge space for short-term vacation rental for one person. male preferred must like pets and children and sharing with a small single widow/mom who moved from Toronto. And prefers a full house to quiet isolation lol. Access to summertime pool and hot tub steps to the city and bus and ample space for storage . Lots of parking. Also good space to put trailer for the summer if space or storage needs renting
