Limited 2024 prime dates available. Located in the resort of Sherkston Shores, surrounded by Lake Erie and 15 minutes from Niagra Falls. This corner lot in the Eberly Woods neighborhood is fully furnished. All kitchen appliances and Kurieg coffee machine included. Sleep comfortably in our 2 bedrooms, and pull out couch (sleeps 6 to 8 people), and a rare unit with 1.5 bathrooms! New wrap around deck and fire pit at the side of the property makes it perfect for smores with the family in the evening. The large tress on the property offers great shade for those hot days. Covered porch with propane BBQ.

WE WILL BE A FULLY RENOVATED UNIT FOR THE 2024 SEASON

We book Monday to Friday and Friday to Monday from May 3 to October 31st each season.

$500 security/damages deposit due at booking and refunded 5 days after your stay. Full amount due 2 weeks before your booked visit. Additional park fees are: $10 per person over 6 years of age (one time entry fee) Water park and fun plex passes
