No exchanging guests during stay $600.00 damage deposit for Golf Cart $600.00 Deposit for rental of premises $1200.00 damage deposit (will be returned within 48 hours of departure after inspection of UNIT and GOLF CART ❌$17.00 per person over the age of 6 to use park amenities (this is Sherkston Shores Administrative Fee)( will be added on total rental) ❌water park passes are not included but can be purchased from Welcome Center ❌NO SMOKING INSIDE TRAILER
