This is a fantastic vacation spot featuring a three bedroom cottage pus a sleeping cabin, room for up to ten people. This well-equipped cottage provides plenty privacy. The groomed gardens and grounds make this an enjoyable and comfortable place for anyone looking for a quiet place to relax and enjoy some fishing, swimming, or just reading a book. Two of the bedrooms have queen size beds, the third has a double bed. The sleeping cabin has a double bed and standard size bunk beds, Located on a small quiet lake about 45 minutes north of Kingston and approximately 1.5 hours from Ottawa. This is a nice central location for meeting friends or family from Toronto, Montreal or Ottawa. Potable drinking water is provided from a drilled well. A soft water system, UV light and filter are provided and maintained by Culligan. Water quality is excellent and checked monthly. Two canoes and a paddle boat are available for your use. Fishing is very good so be sure to bring your fishing equipment. There is a fire pit on the point that provides a beautiful site to relax and enjoy the night sky. Wood in reasonable quantity is provided. There is a gas BBQ, propane is provided. Peaceful but close to shopping and golf if you need a break!
