Rental policies:
1. Primary renter must be at least 25 years of age. Proof of age required.
2. Full booking amount due prior to occupancy
3. Refundable damage deposit $500 required at the time of booking
4. No smoking
5. No parties or large gatherings
6. Standard occupancy is 5 adults, max. 7 (additional fee applies)
7. Pets are allowed. Max 2 pets per stay. Must clean up after pets or incur charge
