The condo is in a quiet zone, on the first floor of a small and tranquil building with 15 Steps involved, and no elevator. Close to the local market, supermarkets, and famous blue flag beaches, the Santo Antonio beach is bathed by the warm, calm sea, this beach is surrounded by the National Forest which adds shades of green to the landscape and freshens the air with the fragrance of pine trees, it is located at the mouth of the Guadiana River and is one of several on a continuous 12 km stretch of beaches, golf courses, and a casino, Nearby is Ayamonte, a city in Spain across from the Guadiana River.

The equivalent in Canadian dollars is accepted via e-transfer.
During the weekly stay, there is a maximum occupancy of 4 PEOPLE (2 Adults 2 Children OR 4 Adults).
A 50% deposit is required to secure the reservation.
A $500.00 collateral fee is required at the time of booking and is refundable 1 week after check-out, provided there isn't any damage to the unit and it is kept clean as the day of the check-in.
This rental is not available from November to April yearly.
