Swiss Alp Mountain Home for SC/NC, Catamaran, Cash

A GET-WAY in the middle of Europe ! Explore Europe right from there. I'm mainly interested to swap temporary (or maybe even permantly) my Mountain Cottage on the edge of the Swiss Alps, right on the border to Switzerland, for a vacation time in South / North Carolina at or close to the beach. Or a catamaran charter or ownership ( Multihull 35ft ...40 ft up) Or any other beach location ALSO WOULD SWAP OR SALE THE WHOLE SETTLEMENT WITH 3 HOMES ON IT FOR GOOD ! Income guaranteed !! It was used as a Airbnb after the buildings been finished for over 30 years ago. The cottage is up in the mountains, 5 minutes walk to a small amazing old Scottish village, 20 minutes drive from the next bigger town and one of the biggest lakes in Europe (Lago Maggiore) It's a very natural, quiet and healty place for vacation and living. It offers everything.... delicious food, hiking, swimming, relaxing, skiing (in the winter), and many outdoor activities, shopping in breathtaking cities, markets, and other attraction not to far away. Beautiful cozy private cottage with 2 sleeping areas, 1 bathroom, kitchen. Next airport would be Milan (1.5 hour) /Zuerich (2.5 hour). From there you can rent a car or go by bus. English speaking people available for any questions and help. There also is the option for a all inclusive Italian food service, breakfast, lunch, coffee, dinner, cooked local and fresh.
