This cottage property consists of two waterview lots and one waterfront lot. The cottage is located on a double lot with some mature trees. Walk across the yard to an adjacent waterfront lot which gives you access to the shore and beautiful sunsets.
Located 15 minutes from Summerside, 45 minutes from Cavendish. 15 minutes from the Acadian area-Evangeline Region.
One bedroom with a queen size bed on the main floor and the upstairs is an open concept with sitting area. There is a kitchen/ dining, living room and four piece bath on the main floor.
The cottage has a BBQ, coffee maker, all linens and bedding, dishes and cutlery, upstairs Roku TV -Satellite- DVD, downstairs Roku TV- Satellite-DVD, microwave, toaster, kettle, full size fridge with freezer, oven/stove, movies, outdoor toys and board games.
Items provided - dish detergent, cleaning supplies, sugar packets, salt/pepper, toilet paper, paper towel, garbage bags, garbage/ recycling bins- inside and outside.
Washer & Dryer (laundry detergent/dryer sheets NOT provided)

There is a deck with cedar chairs and a picnic table.
The cottage is a three minute walk to Belmont Provincial Park. The park has a play area, picnic area, swimming and washrooms/showers.
Weekly Rate: $1325. - 2 guests. *Deposit required at time of booking.
Pet Charge $100.(+1 additional charge will apply)
Prices include tax.
Weeks run Saturday to Saturday.
PEI Tourism License #2100479. Cottage is inspected and licensed by Tourism PEI each year which includes water testing.
