Furnished 2 bedroom suite with 1 full bath available within large century home for month to month rental until from October 1 to May 30th.
Suite is private with private entrance located 10 minutes north of Kensington in Darnley; 20 minutes outside of Summerside. There is another suite on the other side of the house with their own private entrance. Inside doors between units are locked to separate units and you will sometimes hear the other tenants. We ask that you please be respectful of the other tenants and keep quiet hours from 10 pm to 7 am.
There is a large music room with sitting area and antique piano. If you are musical, please tinker on the piano!! (Avoiding quiet hours from 10-7)
The rooms are a good size with comfortable beds and a dresser each. 1 Queen and 2 single beds are available. Sheets and bedding are not supplied.
The kitchen is large and renovated within the last 6 years, and has stainless steel appliances, and all the amenities you will need. Microwave, kettle, dishes. There is also a wall mounted TV in the music room for your use.
Internet is included. Heat and electricity are not included in rent and will be charged separately. The home is heated by oil and has the option to heat with wood as well as a heat pump.
